About Your Story By Albums
Sleeves for Memorabilia
Our albums come assembled with 14 pockets for keeping certificates, report cards and other memorabilia. Each pocket is followed by a page for displaying a special certificate or class photo or for just using your imagination.
Each pocket can hold 30-40 sheets if required. They are plastic-coated, making them long-lasting and able to be cleaned should you make a mistake.
Archival Quality
All album covers, pockets and display pages are of archival quality, as they are plastic-coated (i.e. cello glazed), making them durable and able to be wiped clean. Our complimentary double-sided tape is also acid free. This means your album is truly a keepsake, able to be passed down to future generations.
Post-screw Albums
All albums are post-screw albums. This makes it possible to easily add or remove sleeves and display pages. In addition to wiping off the permanent marker if you make a mistake, you can always ask us for a replacement sleeve or display page. Albums come with extension screws so that the spine can expand to 50mm when the album is full.
Using our memory prompts
Using our proprietary prompts, you can cover any years from birth. You can also choose what you or your child would like to focus on. There are many great quotes to choose from, as well as prompts for relatives or family friends to write words of inspiration.

If you could teach your child one lifetime value, what would you choose?
What if one simple value could shape an entire life? That’s the question that stayed with me after listening to Mel Robbins interview Emma Grede — the British entrepreneur behind Good American and co-founder of Skims. Her story isn’t just about billion-dollar businesses; it’s about the mindset that built them. Emma shared a truth that…
Ten Ways to Let Your Kids Know They Matter
If raising happy, grounded children is ever on your mind, these ideas are especially for you.Begin by asking these simple questions: ”What makes anyone happy? What makes you happy? What makes your child happy?”Often, the answer comes down to something fundamental: feeling that we matter. This idea of “mattering” is becoming a key focus in…
Are we remembering, or just recording?
A recent podcast I listened to asked: “Is technology making our memory better or worse?”The conversation unearthed ideas that sit at the very heart of what we do at Inicio Albums — how we capture, hold, and reflect on our memories. The host, Ange, confessed that she had 34,561 photos on her phone. I found…
With our thoughts, we create our world.
I’ve just returned from a neighbourhood walk with my daughters’ two dogs – Mags and Mapes (aka Maggie and Maple) – and stumbled across three little worlds at the base of three different trees. Tiny scenes of wonder: bunnies, mushrooms, miniature houses, animals, all carefully arranged beneath shaded canopies. Who created these little worlds? What…
Memories, Self & our Higher-Self
Where would we be without memories? Likely quite lost, confused, or uncertain. Memories give our lives shape — they create context, connection and meaning. If we accept that our brain builds meaning from past experiences, then memories become more than events: they become the foundation of how we see ourselves — or how we believe…
Memories and Mindset
Where would we be without our memories? Probably very confused. Our memories serve as the threads that weave together who we were, who we are now, and who we might become. They give context and continuity to our lives. In my worldview, one of our fundamental purposes is growth — to grow in our capacity…
