Shipping
Your Story by Inicio Albums ships within Australia and internationally with Aramex. All domestic and international packages will be sent by registered post and will be able to be tracked. National deliveries typically take 2-3 business days. International deliveries can take an additional 3-4 days. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, which is calculated within the shopping cart. Shipping costs for up to 4 albums are included in the checkout. Should your order be more, please contact me to arrange a separate quote for delivery.
Delivery times will depend on whether we have your selected album in stock. For albums in stock, delivery is usually within 7-10 days. When an album is custom-designed for a school, the process involves several steps—from obtaining the school’s permission and developing the design through to printing and handcrafting the cover. Please allow approximately two months for the entire process. If you would like to check whether I have an album in stock or the likely time to delivery, please contact me or email joanne@yourstoryby.com.au.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 calendar days to return the item from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must retain your receipt of purchase. Please contact us to arrange should this situation arise. Note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if your album is incorrect or damaged, Your Story by Inicio Albums will refund you for your return shipping costs.
